Best place to work. Best work life balance for any men or women who are married especially and peaceful work culture but salary and hike for people who have worked there from a long time gets paid the least when compared to new employees. So salary and hike for old employees is too bad.

People who are here for almost 4 to 5 years don't get paid good especially when they take ppl in contract they pay so less and as they work for years together hike is too less and package is too low when compared to the IT market, they don't increase the salary to market standards even after so many years working

You need to work with horse pace and when it comes to salary write email to your seniors and they replied you on phone de denge bhag thode hi rahe h apki salary le k, and saying with very shouted note kyu bar bar call kr ke dimag kharab kr rahe ho de denge salary abki bar ph mt krna.
