If knew I wanted my career to breathe it's last here, I would have joined this company earlier. Join this company, if and only if you have one qualification - you are a telegu.

1. Racial profiling is rampant. 2. Only local people get promoted as majority of the mangers are locals of Hyderabad. 3. The entire HR team is filled with local people. Hence, employees who are locals of Hyderabad are always given preference. No one will listen to your complaints. 4. Bullying culture. Non - locals are bullied and made fun of on office floor by locals of Hyderabad. 5. You have to work from 9 am - 2 am and be at office on time. Saturdays, Sundays and even holidays you have to work. But this only applies to you if you are non - telegu. When I complained against the mental harrasment and ridicule, I was asked to leave. It was the middle of the month and I was told to declare that I am living on my own accord to look for better opportunities. That I should not talk about my experience, else I won't get a good recommendation and get the F&F done quickly. What's more? They will come after me. I was scared being a newbie and did exactly that. What happened next? It's been over 6 months. My F&F is yet to be cleared. In the process of joining my next organisation, this company delayed the employer verification process, by turning a deaf ear to repeated emails and calls sent by the background verification team of my new organisation....Read More
