The quality of work and growth is very good. They work on high-level projects with a lot of Fortune 500 companies. The learning curve is very sharp, growth opportunities are huge. The team is nice and welcoming.

Dislikes

There should be more team activities.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
