Before joining Innovation I thought that why many vacancies are there in this company. New vacancies every two months. After joining I understood the reason behind it.They attract you by telling about the high salary.But in reality, you don't get half of it. About job security, if you become independent then you'll be secure otherwise ready to get terminat after one month.Every start of month,they terminate people.If someone join innovalance, I must say, act smart.
