Exposure has quite good to learning new things. New technology/system to learn more and more things. Variety of products are more.

Dislikes

Old peoples have old mentality. They don't want come ahead from them to any person. Hence playing dirty politics. Blame game has more in R&D department. This culture is only in R&D department. Rest of department's culture quite good.
