1. Need months of reminders for offer letter and exit formalities 2. Cannot trust this as third party nor they have connect with the client Genpact 3. No job security not even one month of notice 4. Cannot justify between right and wrong 5. No professional ethics by the clients

Enjoyed the work and always like to work for such roles There is only in time as 11am and during deployments when you leave at 10pm instead of 8pm loggout at night and next day you need to take permission to come 15 mins late with reason..
