Clients are good, you can work as an external employee to companies like Microsoft. Average in work culture, Job security, Policies

Dislikes

Needs to attend client interviews for getting a project in 90% cases. Below average salary compared to market. Company policies on hikes is not good. Very very less to no benefits/perks

We are working as consultant s .we do install ,config, develop,migrate and upgrade entire products which belongs to enterprise security scope. We closely work with Architect so that we gain good knowledge and ideas to build my career path.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
