Until you got escalated from customer no one will touch you. No mandate working hours. Until you meet the deliverables no issue. They will give you good amount while joining only. Never expect good hike or timely hike.

Dislikes

It has lot of white elephants. They won’t grow and they won’t let you grow. Here designation is different and work will be different. If you want your work to be exposed, you need to get escalated by your customer and you need to resolve the problem. In some dominoes lot of micromanagement will be there. 80% of the chances that you may not get company performance pay of 5%. This want happened from the initial day onwards.
