Precision, robust, and stable application. Work on multi threading. Ui which is consistent for variety of devices. App which can be ran smoothly on lower as well as higher end devices. To develop Memory and battery optimized app. You will do a lot of RND and learn about telecommunication.

Dislikes

Some team leader are too good, supportive whereas some are too bad . It'll be you luck if you got bad team leader your annual salary appraisal will be too low. You'll work late at night and come back early next day. It may happen that your boss scream at you in highest pitch possible even if you had worked for 2 days consecutively just because of 1 bug discovered by testers. Increment here as of 2017 is 20, 30, or 40 percent of current salary. It all depends on your current salary....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
