I am very happy to initiate my professional career with such good startup. One can see the complete difference in their thought process before and after this organization. I have learnt things 5x faster.

Dislikes

work-life balance will not be proper, sometime one should work for 16-18 hrs to reach deadlines.

Work Details

Coming to learnings and work innobits is awesome. But work-life balance is poor.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
