Likes

am done with my Finance Analyst internship at Inlighn Tech, and it was and good learning experience. I gained hands- on exposure to financial data analysis, forecasting, and reporting while working on real industry projects. Overall insightful mentorship helped me to enhance my skills.

It was an unpaid training program.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
