I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global cloent base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend meeting in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
