I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend it to anyone seeking a fair and supportive workplace. Right from the start, the HR team made commitments that they did not uphold, creating a feeling of mistrust. Appraisals are far below industry standards, with little to no recognition for the hard work employees put in. The leave policy is restrictive and inflexible, making it difficult to take time off when needed. There’s no overtime compensation, which means employees are often expected to work beyond regular hours without fair compensation. HR is extremely unresponsive, failing to address concerns or provide support when needed. Shockingly, they even block employees’ numbers, making it impossible to reach them and further isolating employees from the help they might need.
