InhaltMart was my first working experience and it gave me lots of learnings and work culture experience. I am glad I learned time management, quality content creation and consistency. Moreover, InhaltMart does not only flourished my working skills but also brought growth in my personal skills like aptitude, patience, etcetera. Also, the management is very polite and understanding.

Dislikes

I disliked the delays in payments. It is really an issue that needs to resolved here. This got resolved lately and I hope it stays consistent.

Work Details

My work life at InhaltMart was good as I got to learn many new things about working in a company and it is a great place for beginners. The company conducts training sessions in between that are really helpful as exchange of ideas occure there.

There is nothing to be liked about this company. They won't listen to your opinions and don't even provide work for a long time. They won't pay you on time first and then, in the end, they won't pay you at all and give any possible reason to make you quit.

Dislikes

Everything. They won't treat you well. At first, they will treat you good but after some time when it's payment time, they will treat you like you are the worst person and they will do this to make cut into your payment or make you leave so they won't have to pay you anything.

I don't like anything about this company. They don't even give accurate details about the work and the salary while hiring. Sometimes they hire people who are not great at respecting and expect us to work with them and complete work before deadlines. They will not listen to your opinions. Even worst they will emotionally blackmail you. Your opinions don't matter even tiny bit.

Dislikes

They will be nice to you if you submit work on time. Or else they will threaten to stop the salary payout. Funny part is 99 percent of the people will submit work on time. But when it comes to giving out salary on time, they will not. They will give all sort of excuses for not paying you on time. You will not be paid your salary foralmost two months. They also have a tendency to ignore your messages or concerns. No follow up of your issues raised and they will make you feel bad for even having issues in the first place. They will literally blame you for having issues in the worst emotional way possible. I know people just get blamed and yelled at but there's nothing done to improve the quality. They will say on the group that you will get incentives but no they will not give you incentives. Even if your accuracy was 100 percent, you are not getting the money you deserve with all your hard work. The management of company is very bad. They don't pay on time and only after constant nagging they actually listen your side. The work is very less and at time there is no work for a very long period.
