Teammates don't have professional ethics. They don't behave like humans. Training is just a tmps. Nothing is told about the product or architecture. It's just a code walkthrough and free trip to Delhi. Work environment is worst in the industry. Don't think it will ever improve in the future. Innovations don't happen in India. These folks are only meant for politics and nothing else. They keep only relatives in this company and no other employee will get a good treatment. Work-life balance is an "out of scope subject" as developer role is only "on paper " and employees will do service engineers job very frequently. To summarise, the one who doesn't listen to senior's ,will be tortured a lot with various political techniques. Senior's will show their political talent here but won't show actual technical skills. -Never join such organization's who spoil our careers....Read More
