No job security, though the company have some awesome policies and culture but the HR team are the real boss, which means pretty bad management, and I guess the people running the company have no idea about what's going on in root level, moreover they will give some dumb head the position of manager without 0 skills of management. My manager 😂, a person with zero knowledge and skills about the work we do, but a personality full of attitude. I am still figuring out why? Any ways, I asked for termination to which, they just deactivated my account and since then no response. I have repeatedly tried to contact them for my relieving letter in order to join another company, but they just keep hanging up or postpone with various reasons. When it comes to them they will bail out, I hope the guys who actually run this company should know what their management team is doing....Read More
