Major dislike i had noticed in last 4 months is that due to shortage of staff the workload gets in excessive amount store team had to suffer from it including mangers

Work culture is extremely pathetic. Management put extreme level pressure without caring about personal life. Office politics are extremely high.

HR is a puppet of the management. Senior management misbehaves a lot and nobody actually says something. Too much toxic and they expect you to be okay with the toxicity . Once HR told me other companies corporate culture is also same but I doubt it and never faced such issues outside . I do not recommend anyone to join here . There is nothing to be liked about this company. The senior leads have grown old and mentally are still existing in 70s era where you only suspect your juniors. They only rely on micro-management and have zero understanding of operations. Out of 4 brands they operate in India only dominos is successful and that too because of it price point, otherwise operationally there is no influence on any business.
