Worst culture ever. It's a small organization with a few people running the show. They think they are some bigshot's who own their employees. Leaves have to be taken by explaining even the personal reasons. They don't pay salary on time. Promotions depend on how much can you appease the VC's, CEO and CE of the company.

They don't treat employees as humans. They think just beacause they are paying salary, they own the employees. Work given is not just related to your profile. Personal work of the VC's and CEO is also assigned and also you are not paid for it. Passive aggressiveness is the MO of the company.
