I love the hospitable and friendly environment we can find in ISG. As well the senior management team members are always concerned with Employees happiness with their work and their clients. They always keep the employees as first priority.

Dislikes

Sometimes some of the requests are delayed than when you expect them to be acted on by the senior managers.

I have been working with ISG as an RPA Consultant and even though ISG is a NASDAQ listed company with around 4000 employees the RPA team in India just has around 60 members. So everyone in the organisation is exposed to a lot of projects and career growth could be ensured while working at ISG. The compensation offered at ISG is well ahead of market standards.

Dislikes

I have worked across multiple organisations and I believe ISG has the best work culture and some amazing colleagues. There is nothing I dislike about this place.

If we are working with ISG the work life balance would be the best. At the same time if we are outsourced to a client company from ISG then it depends on the client work culture.

I love the environment and the people around me. Liked that even the higher management people take interest in you and try to push you towards better opportunities and help you grow. Always there to help when in need and they hear your issues out and try to resolve them so as to keep happy and satisfied at the job.

So far nothing seems to be bad. Its a better wor culture than any other I have seen.

I joined the company in a month ago. I am very much statisfied with the work culture. There may be rotational shifts for some departments. But you will get the compensatory off and other allowances for the same. I can also find a career growth here. Here we can learn along with working for reputed clients. Leave and the other company policies are employee friendly.

I don't find anything to have disliked. The interview procedure was very transparent and professional. There may be multiple rounds of interview. But once you are selected, they will share the offer letter in a week.
