The salary and bonus are the only positives about the company.

The company culture is very poor, and HR plays no role in addressing employee concerns. They are not helpful at all. The same applies to the senior management team—they show no concern if employees face challenges with their managers. There is no proper review process or KRA (Key Result Area) setting; it's merely a formality, and noone follows the process. The senior management team is incapable of handling a large sales and marketing team effectively. Additionally, there is no regard for women's safety.
