The training at Infonative by Pradyumna sir was good, learnt alot of things from him.

The company culture is worst among among all the companies I've ever been associated with. They hired me through campus placement and i was told that after training of 4 months I'll be paid 4LPA or above as a salary package, but first of all the training ended within 1.5 months and after making me work for 2.5 months on field they offered me 20k - 2.4LPA total salary.
The stipend i was paid during my training was way less and they even paid it in cash. So if you are working from home, you might not get your stipend until the day you visit the office. One time they paid my stipend on 20th of the month as i was working from home during that time.
The HR and the team initially pretended to be the sweetest people but they kept me hanging whenever i talked about my salary, or the benefits.
I visited the clients office couple times, even that wasn't reimbursed....Read More

The management of the company is really bad. They had assured a stipend of 7k per month which is not feasible with a daily travel expense of 250rs, and even that was not provided each month. Each month the stipend was short and not paid on time. We had to ask for the stipend. They paid in cash with denominations of 10,50, 100,500.
They came in our college for the placement drive and picked 4 people. None of them stayed at the company because of their experience vs the set expectations the company had made.
We were told that the salary structure would be between 4-6LPA, but they offered 20k a month after the training.
The training was over in 1.5 months, but they kept us on stipend for the remaining 2.5 months and made us work like regular employees.
They asked us to come to the office for no reason, my entire team working on the project was working from home. I was called to the office for no reason.
They pretend to be a very friendly company at first and later on turn out to be your worst decision....Read More
