They hired me on c2h basis and deployed in Landmark group. At the tome of hiring they said for first 6 month you have to work for 12k after that we will increase your salary. But after that they didn't increased and forced us to work on same salary and even didn't gave any offer letter after 6 month. We worked there without any termand condition.. And when i left they gave me project completion Certificate instead of experience Certificate which no company was accepting.....Read More
