Very bad work culture, Tele caller job in the name of political research, if u have buttering skills than u r suitable for this company, no reward for ur extra efforts, long working hours 9 am to 8:30pm and sometimes they want till 9 am to 12 pm. There is no extra payment of over time, no rules and regulations, no ac cabin and no comfortable chairs for third party payroll employes and behave like untouchables, forcefully resignation with bouncers, they don't care human dignity and emotions. HR Department is very quarrel, all are illiterate even they don't know how to write manager. There is target system and in which 5 hours calls duration is necessary otherwise u will be fired. False information given at the time of interview. Selfie is not allowed there and this company basically work for central ruling party in India. Sometimes They give salary in two pieces.
