We have good learning curve and can get a scope to apply your knowledge.

Dislikes

Company is good but coming to office and breake timings are worst.they are not concentrating on work completion on intime,some of managers and management will always eye on break timings only..the worst part in this company..even for experienced people company ask to write a bond for 2 or 3 years.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

as a fresher it is good (recommend) to this company. you will learn lot of knowledge in this company. you will learn end to end flow and end to end functionality. all products are well structured and good products. it is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

less package for fresher but as a small organization it is expected. if you prove your talent you will get best package.
