1. Worst company culture, Management consider you as slave where you can't suggest anything just do whatever they think in their minds irrespective of your innovation and ideas. 2. Company works on Master-Slave module where one is the master and he is commanding and using abusive language on the floor to its slave. 3. No work life balance, If you are a flatterer (chamcha) of master you can have what you want but else you are nothing to anyone. Feedback and chances, as no one is perfect and everyone needs someone who can let them know about their mistakes and give them a chance to correct them and to work on them. Rather than to fire in the first attempt the company believed in chances to retain the employees.

1. Open door policy - Knock the door and someone will be there to listen to you even at 1am in night. 2. Helpful colleagues and highly experienced seniors if you are in a technical job. 3. Growing company with great learning opportunities. They support if you want to take certifications / courses or learn new things related to the working domain of the company. 4. Flexible timings with minimum 9 hours a day target. 5. Management gives total hold on the information / project resources / servers/ credentials / codes etc. that you're working on. 6. 1. Over processed work culture sometimes but not very much of a trouble. One may end up posting / sending same stuff to many places / people for a single task or approval. 2. There is a group X in employees that is in immense need to learn office behavior, positive work attitude, cooperative authority and respecting other people. Over interactions with them may result in physical hostility, blame games or back biting. You loose 99 times out of 100 times to them, either avoid them or Stay Highly Cautions with them. 3. Senior technical management that holds 99% of the project business rules / details etc. works remotely. Resulting in lazy communication and delays in work. 4. Lump sump deadlines for projects and no dedicated process for freezing requirements during development phase. 5. Lack of documented requirements and business rules for projects. 6.
