There’s alot I could say here The policy in this organisation is inconsistent. in my department it is mandatory to work from office but other teams and managers freely choose to work from home whenever they want. Managers are quick to email or message you about arriving and leaving the office on time . But they themselves come and go as they please As for appraisals, it’s nothing short of a joke. HR and managers will pressure you to fill out and update your goals. But when appraisal time comes, they completely disregard your KRAs and evaluate you based on unrelated factors. There was nothing to like about. Everything was like torchere.

Environment of the office was very harrasing that no one can perform there. A lot of pressure, A lot of politics and unhealthy environment. Unsafe for female, unhealthy flirting was there by the seniors. No job security they will fire you in a hour. Not suggesting to anyone to join that organisation.

Excellent company to start and build your career, very structured and process oriented. You will learn good sales and relationship management, they give good amount of time to learn and grow. Management and managers are communicative to correct and guide you get your best out and keep you motivated.

What ever I said in likes session has turned tables now with the management change, it feels like talking to a wall about your work update and no proper guidance to groom you. No constant feedback from mangers to correct and groom. I liked Info Edge as a company and their vision.

Dislikes

The reporting manager, he never handed a team. He is an excellent individual contributor to the company but he never be a good leader. He didn't even know the difference between supporting, educating and spoon-feeding. He will never give a chance to speak and even if we speak he never listens. A great lier. He lies without any hesitation.
