Their HR is nice guy, always easyly figure out whether you are despeartely searching for a job or not. If you are desparate about aquiring a job, you will get a job, with massive discount on current salary. HR is fully obidient to MD and top management, he doesn't care what employees say, firmly stick to top management.

Lower appraisals, start planning of not giving good appraisal from 2 months from the date of appraisal, like alloting less work, make you sit idle, and on dooms day (appraisal day) just a single question : Why should we keep you? candidate won't think about appraisal, now he thinks of his own existance. and to add a pinch of salt, they say show me what you have done some thing extra ordinarry in past 2 months....Read More

I will say the truth. They don't want to keep good employee just to save 4-5 thousand. Work culture is very poor. After 6 months I start feeling boring working here. Nothing new to learn or implement . Still working on .Asp .NET 3 tier architecture.
