Likes

Very Good for candidates who are in mid level range of experience of 2-3years. Salary is normal but work life balance very good. The managers and tech leaders are very cooperative.

Dislikes

The appraisal is very normal - 10% only. The ratio of variable wrt fixed is high. Also for getting the complete variable pay have to show extreme performance(5/5). For new joinee, they offer very less.
