They take our campus interview for java development but later they assign as QA. By the way no Hybrid culture for fresher till they complete 2 years in organisation.

Senior Leadership they done know what they speak, they don't know how they behave, they are happy until lowest expenses are running the process. First time in my entire career I heard Layoff, just because of organization expenses. The people who mess with me will face more drastic situation in their life, for than what they have done. I had my channels and they gave me the news as managers also went through layoff later on in their life and faced their karma. As a fresher you can able to learn lot of things. You can learn new things and the leads and manager will help you get good knowledge in technology. They are supportive

There is biased nature between south and north indians. South Indians will get better salary hike and promotions. It is more painful when you know that you are working more and completing the task but your junior who works less gets much more than you with bonus.

While I was working in infinite. I felt very minimum exposure and there was nothing which I would say I liked.

There is no transparency. And no job security you could be thrown out of the company anytime without any prior notice. You will hardly get justification of the wrongs done to you. the HR hardly clarifies your queries and replies very late. Your project and the management would put you in pip in basis of anything. Interview and onboarding process was also seamless. The Bengaluru campus is huge with a a lot of open spaces to relax and unwind.
