1. It is a school based working environment with daily leanings and oral test with your mentors 2. Those who like Call centre job, this is a perfect match for you, you need to be connected in team calls/project calls for more than 6 to 8 hours a day, even if there is nothing to speak from your end. 3. You can get good friends as we are in school environment and can enjoy literally until you are assigned to a project. 4. 1. No work satisfaction because daily you need to learn new concepts. 2. you cannot survey without daily learning 3. You have to do daily oral test and presentations to mentors to keep their mouth shut or they will be keep on irritating you as strict school teacher 4. All projects have different learning and when moving from one project to another you need to learn from the scratch and every concepts will be new. 5. Most mentors are HINDI people and they purposely irritate you by keep on speaking in Hindi in team calls and at end they expect to say what do you understand in call?? 6. The work life balance depends on your seniority and the junior engineers have always been targeted and pressurised by the project delivery manager and work life balance is a myth in healthcare domain. My delivery manager is 16 years + experience in same company and some senior management position guys is ruining the company policy.There is no strong HR policy in that company and due to budget constraints they can put anyone to PIP and tortured them and let them out of organisation....Read More

Leaders are approachable and collaborative. Flexible work environment with good work life balance and job security. A lot of employee engagement activities keep happening regularly. Interview and onboarding process was also seamless. The Bengaluru campus is huge with a a lot of open spaces to relax and unwind.

Nothing as such. Maybe since the company is growing rapidly some internal processes could be streamlined further.
