No growth for freshers and new comers only old employees have all the fun. Work life balance sucks. Not a process oriented. If someone wants to gain domain knowledge of payment gateway then only they can think to join this company.

So much politics in the QA TEAM. No work life balance in this company and all the old employees are never helps to freshers especially in the QA team.
