1. No Systematic way of working. 2. Work culture within the company is pathaetic. 3. Every small decision will be taken by CEO & MD only and there will not be any power to Plant Head. 4. No idividual ownership within the managemennt employees. 5. Wrong communications are flown directly to CEO & MD from down the level and the middle management communications are not considered. 6. The realistic problems are never addressed and sorted out . The top management assumes the problem in different direction and expects the same to be accepted and sorted out by the middle management. 7. Politics & Groupism within the company. One group under CEO and another group under MD. 8. Salary will not be receieved on the designated date. Even the Diwali bonus amount is yet to be received....Read More
