At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

Affluent team management is very bad. Area manager don't know about his job. Area Manager do a partially to our collogues.No buddy care about customer service, customer satisfaction, GSFC . No buddy is working for pramotion. they work for only secure our job .

No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support .
