Job is secure. Senior management doesnt change often especially at CFD. So its easy to align with higher ups and stay in tune with their needs.

Dislikes

In CFD especially, there is a lot of internal politics. People in cabins generally hail from upper caste. Zero opportunity for learning especially at mid management levels. Horribly understaffed & underpaid due to which work-life balance goes for a toss. Random restrictions on travel, approval powers and spends which means that goal setting becomes a farce.
