Tho work pressure is very high...High level of sales pressure ..growth is very slow...managers do not value an individuals.most of the times i have to take back my views or opinions.the pain here is there is no on job training for freshers.customer service was nil...work process is poor.

We will not able to learn completely about the banking , bcoz nobody hav enough knowledge about the banking including trainer . All higher officials focus on cross selling only and recommend all officers to generate more revenue to the bank without giving any valuable service to the customer. No career growth overall in this concern, those who r selfish and salute higher officials they can only live there. Will get appreciation from managers only if we can generate huge revenue , they will cascade those things , if any customer given written appreciation to the officers they will not mind it at all. No encouragements in service , only focus in sales . My personal experience was that I had waste 1 year in my career. I didn't learn anything valuable . Before giving product training they ll train u abt how to do sales, how to make customer fools. Their cross selling products r useful for those people who have enough bank balance and thinking abt what to do with huge money , but most of this bank customers r belong to middle class only, without enough knowledge they had taken the products and then contact the customer care to cancel the product and request fr refund . It will take 2 or 3 months sometime 1 year. Terrific service. Designation is Associate Manager😳, but simply a call taking officer, customer service representative only. Taking calls , listen to the customers query , request , complaint. Bank employees always direct customer to customer care only.
