One of the pathetic company circle I worked with. Circle of B&J is full of politics, internal love affairs going with the associates to promote them and behaviour with the other team mates is to tourcher them. Just because of the culture of circle's entire company is deep down. And when you try to share ur thoughts with the HO team thy not gonna listen you. Misbehaving, no personal life, bad culture, team of HR is responsible to creating pathic culture in office. Also with ur willingness when you resign- so in front of management HR will show that thy ask to leave the company. Simple advice to metro cities PPL do not join any small city Circle cz thy are ready to tourcher you. Not only my voice - it's a voice of many other employees who r still working thn but coz of job PPL are being silent. Worked in Delhi circle for a year. It is complete chaos, people are toxic to the core, senior management promotes toxicity calls at odd hours. Personally seen team members having panic attacks and having health issues due to toxic environment *Work life balance goes for a toss. *Site engineers are involved in theft of cables & diesel at sites *Old Estate members take a cut in rent by giving threat to Landlords to remove site *Too much reporting to cross functional heads with no real skill sets *Morning & evening calls are meant to demean and insult team members One should avoid this company at all costs. Immense pressure on the field employees they are not even allowed to go home if they are relocated to place other then home area .Few compliances are limited to papers only not actually followed and the employee have to complete other functions KRA simultaneously looking into their own.

Training in the company as a fresher and after promoting as a Engineer in July-2016 very helpful for shining carrier. Luck one during College placement.☺️

Personal Time can't be managed and high calls during bad weather conditions. (That's is part of this job because we are enabling communication)
