It has very good HR policy. You'll find that company will support you in your learning and development till an extent. Senior Post persons especially corporate office and circle office persons are very good. You'll find team bond exercises and fun exercise.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad in this company. You'll have fun but because of company programmes only.if you are going for field job, be ready for any possible condition. Pay Scale of onroll field persons in low. Instead of good HR policies you'll find none on field. If you do not like traveling then company will not like you. They do a lot of unnecessary non productive things in circle offices. You'll be bored there if you like real work type things. 60% of work given to u is just for show,it will serve no real purpose. It's non high class executives are very inefficient. They need to hire good technical and managerial persons. Ethics of company fails outside of its circle office building.
