Very less increment. No Promotion. Company always give explanation of loss for not giving any increment while High Authority like GMs and Branch Heads etc will get all Promotions and Increments properly. They don't value the work of other medium level Management staffs.

Job security is 100%. However, the benefits like salary or bonuses will not increase substantially over the years. Basic salary will begin from almost 12000 and an additional incentive of around RS 5000 will also receive from after three months.

Dislikes

They are integrated accounts and cash in all their branches. Which results into high workload and stress. The current salary package of this designation is not sufficient in comparison with the work load of every branch!
