School employees can fire anyone anytime without notice period. Job is not secure. If you are a backbiting person or Sycophancy, flattery personl your job is 100℅ safe. No doubt. Attrition rate of genuine teachers is very high and the teachers who don't want to work and busy in entertaining DA only they will survive in system.
