This place is the most Orthodox culture one can work in. The management is very toxic, there is no security for female employees, and no job security, the management will create a toxic situation for you to be forceful to leave the organisation. This is located in a remote place with zero employee benefits. The upper management believes that employees should not be allowed to laugh or take breaks. There are cameras installed not for security reasons but to spy on the employees and take a screenshots if anyone found laughing or giggling. This is the most disgusting place one can even work in, female employees are not safe, and are harassed and passed comments on, you are not allowed to take breaks, or laugh or giggle at all, your salary will get cut even if you are 2 mins late. Every month there would be salary issue. The higher management and founders are pathetic and are very toxic. You’ll be literally forced to leave your job. No job security at all, no employee benefits. It’s a hell and a trap, you are spied through the cameras. Even the HRs are very bad. And even misbehave with you, and in a creepy manner if you are a female. The office is in an industrial area and located insured a factory. My mental health was extremely harmed by these people.
