It has been a very bad experience in indus valley. They treat their employees like a animal or worst than that. Employees can do a job in less salary but they can't do in such a toxic environment. Only those employees are promoted & praised in Indus who know how to do " Chaaplusi" in a better way. If employee come late they deduct their salary but if the employee is working even after the working hours then no extra salary is being paid to them.
