The company is very good in all sector. The main attraction is they have their own Kiln Dryer, Foam factory & Board Making Section which will help us to understand each and every thing very deeply. Also they have own Showrooms & Factory in UAE. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to do the estimation and at the same time i have to look at the overall production of the factory. Doing both things at the same time is very much helpful in developing my career.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
