Leave policy Lack of management due to under experienced GL and PL No appreciation In the name of the Diwali bonus, they deduct an amount from your salary, and after resignation, this money becomes theirs. They do not pay it back, causing a loss. And one of the important thing inhuman HR, some HR dont have common sence they are just arrogant

I really liked the work-life balance part while working in Indovance as it was promised in the beginning. I received a lot of help from my Project lead as well as my peers in every context which help me grow on professional level as well as personal level. In past 2 years I have not came across such dislike moment while working for the company or people. If there will be any in future, I will steal that opportunity as a learning experience in a positive way.
