Working time not so good, Actually As per company time 9.30 to 6 pm But in North Karnataka working after 2pm to midnight, this is very bad and most of people having family problems of this matter.

Likes

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I don't know about higher authority and management but which place I worked I'm completely unhappy with management and managers also dont having discipline and encouragement not at all
