"If you work here, there won't be any time for family, and there's no fixed time to attend college. One has to work 12-15 hours daily with no overtime pay. Even being 5-10 minutes late results in a deduction of half-day salary. They assign market work to office staff, often after 5 PM. Your job responsibilities don't align with yourpost, and there's no differentiation in respect between peons and office staff. The management shows favoritism, and salary increments are the same for both hardworking and non-performing employees. Promotions are rare unless you engage in sycophancy."...Read More
