There is nothing to like. The company is totally unprofessional, and frequently people are absconding or leaving organisation over night.

Dislikes

The list is very long. No stable management team. Policies are changed overnight. No prior intimation. Leaders are threatening to subordinates. Top management doesn't care about what their leaders are doing. No promotions. To snatch the variable pay and to trouble employees from leaving organisation, appraisal cycle is from jan to dec but the arrears and increments will be released in june. Beware of Priyank Agarwal and Ajay Wadhwa. They are most Sting people. Many females felt within 40-50 days job tenure. They can manipulate everything there. Its entire lobby there of the people who can do everything for them.
