5 years back work environment and culture was good. Later everything has changed based on management change. Company policies also changed. No value for hard work or dedication. Bad organization politics which was there since last 5 years. Earlier Indofil was a very good organization . That time management culture was for the employee, of the employee & by the employee. Now culture is for company, of the company & by the company. No value for employee emotion . You can get good salary but growth will be zero. Now Indofil culture is totaly different from 5 years back Indofil . In one word one can get a good position, increament , incentive or promotion if has a god father.
