Fixed timings. All Sat & Sun off. But some Saturday tou need to work due to factories working & they deliberately send their requirements on Saturday as they are jealous of purchase dept. being on weekend off.

No exposure HR's SOP for reimbursement is horrible !! Ultimately they want you to spend on your own if your are supposed to travel for work !! Only fixed job as per SOP Seniors behave as if we ask something for our personal requirement instead of smoothening the work by sharing required details. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Five day working. Best for Womens. Extra activities taken by HR are great. Having cultural events which only allows to perform head offices employees and HRs fevorite employee.

Too much dirty politics. even if you deserving you cant achieve any achievement. HR and department managers are rude and they think they owned their employees. You cant explore your talent due to higher seniors dont like their junior to show talent. One person whoes on leave for 3 month due to his health issue is directly fired without any notice, so no work security at all.
