no job security, no work culture, no management rules and no company policies, they are running as per their family policy

Dislikes

after spending of 11 years, sorry to say but i had very terrible experience, no rules/policies of a pvt ltd company. they are running as per their family policy. No teamwork, no respect of senior staffs, No rules of PF, ESI, Insurance, salary breakup e.g, basic salary can be changed any time as per their family policy, if argue / question, you should be terminated/ thrown out

No benefits and facilities, if required, you should serve water, tea like as a peon. i worked as Billing Head but out of handling PAN India Billing, i had to do making appointment letters, packing of cartoons of chemicals, clerical work etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
