Too many bosses, GM/Segment Head, President, Cheif Revenue officer and nobody takes responsibility if anything goes wrong. They straightway denies saying "maine to nahi bola tha, isne bina puchhe order laya, toh ab kya kar sakte hai" and then you are culprit in the eyes of management, however if anything is good they takes credit saying "sir maine pichhe lag ke karake liya" to much influence of management in day to day jobs. Some retired persons are there,they taking faltu review of new joined employee,not giving proper responsibility,some old employee they joined as operator and they are manager there,no proper planning there,no job security employee coming here leaving reputed organisation after joining within two months they taking faltu review and terminating without any benefit,some employee becomes jobless who is responsible for this situation,owner also hearing from Nair and terminating employee,very bad politics from some old employee...Read More
